ESASTAP 2020 is a project mainly funded by the European Commission with contribution from the Department of Science and Technology of SA. Its main aim is to foster and strengthen EU-SA R&I cooperation through supporting the R&I policy dialogue, capacity building of the SA R&I community vis-à-vis participation in H2020, and creating the environment for the establishment of research and innovation partnerships
